But what do we really know about the impact that the regulations have made, and the challenges that face duty holders every day? - 54% of CDM Duty Holders are not confident that their peers understand their CDM2007 responsibilities
- Clear Leadership on CDM2007 from the top of the organisation, by the Chief Executive, is not seen in 64% of the organisations represented
