The certificates are now live on the system. You will see a new icon against every course that you have completed to 100% and then be able to click on this icon and the certificate will open in a pdf for saving or printing.

No, not at present.

Your vouchers are stored under the 'My Vouchers' section of the My Learning Centre and are tied to your email address.
The biggest mistake is that the voucher is issued in a different Email address to the one registers as yours under 'Update My Details' .
In this case you either have to speak to the people who have issued you with the voucher and ask them to change the email address or you need to change your email to match that of the voucher.
